We offer stylish short-term accommodation in both of our buildings.
Please note that our serviced apartments are non-smoking.

FACILITIES:
All temporary apartments have their own kitchen with crockery and a coffee machine, as well as a TV and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

The 2-bedroom apartments are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate up to 4 people and are also ideal as holiday homes for families.

CLEANING:
Our serviced apartments in Ulm are cleaned once a week, including fresh bed linen and towels.

RELAXATION:
On the 1st floor, all serviced apartments have a terrace of approx. 100 sqm with barbecue, comfortable seating and sun loungers, which is accessible to all guests.

LAYOUT:
Seven of our serviced apartments face the terrace, whilst all other apartments in Ulm are situated at the front.
